Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Once your orders are processed, UPS will deliver your package within a 2 to 7 business days (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will take a few extra days. We do not ship outside of US at this time. We are unable to ship P.O Box and APO/FPO/DPO military address.

*We offer free Standard/Ground an all orders $50 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.

**UPS 2 Day shipping services are not available for Hawaii and Alaska.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.

To return a product, please email us at hello@drjart.com and we will provide a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment within a 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only items purchased on us.drjart.com can be accepted for return.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@drjart.com.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
